Hal London is President of Key Appraisals, a multi-office appraisal firm which provides residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and special purpose valuations to the northern two-thirds of Illinois. Mr. London has served as a qualified and court stipulated expert witness. In addition to being a founding member of the National Association of REALTORS® Appraisal Section, Mr. London is a real estate consultant, and as President of Key Realty, also a land developer and builder. Mr. London, who has a Bachelor?s from University of Illinois and a Masters Degree from Loyola University. In the State of Illinois, Hal London is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Licensed Appraisal Instructor, and Licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. London has taught numerous State of Illinois mandated appraisal classes since 1988. During this period he has instructed over 4,500 students.-
