Daily Mortgage Updates

A&N Mortgage Logo09 September 2009 ? So far this morning mortgage bonds are trading in a tight range as they hover just below the 200 day moving average. Things could change rather quickly this afternoon when we learn of the results from the $20 billion auction in 10-yr notes. The Federal Reserve?s Beige book (the Fed?s survey on current economic conditions) results are also due out his afternoon that could have an effect on rates as well. If you are currently floating your loan, be cautious as we may see rates increase this afternoon.
