The Chicago 77 Wishes You a Happy 2009
We at The Chicago 77 would like to wish you a joyous, peaceful, and prosperous 2009.
2008 was a challenging year, and most indications point to 2009 being equally rough. That means that all of us involved in real estate are going to have to stretch ourselves. We’re going to have to perfect what we now know and do. But that won’t be enough. We’re all going to have to learn new ways to accomplish our goals. We’re all going to have to experiment with new tools, learn new skills, and dream up new ways of getting the job done.
Obviously, all those in real estate agents, developers, landlords, attorneys, appraisers, etc. are facing a defining moment. Anyone who balks at change, learning, or striving for personal growth will likely not be in the industry for long. For those willing to adapt, however, it’s a time of opportunity.
So, we raise a glass to the opportunities that 2009 will bring…may they be bounded only by the limits of your imagination. Our goal at The Chicago 77 is to help those involved in real estate transactions learn, grow, and prosper.
